Hailing from the vibrant city of Edmonton Alberta, Nonso Morah is a university student at the University of Ottawa, where she is pursuing her BSocSc in Conflict Studies and Human Rights. In 2021, she embarked on a journey to Ottawa, a city that would become a wellspring of inspiration for her creative soul. Currently, she works within the Senate of Canada as a political staffer and stands as the Mentorship Coordinator for the 1834 Fellowship.
While her journey in the realm of policy and governance unfolded, Nonso's heart continued to find solace in the world of poetry and artistic expression. As an avid writer and performer of spoken-word poetry as “Noni”, her words danced with passion and grace as she shared her work with institutions such as the Government of Canada, Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, and the National Art Gallery of Canada.
As an innovative force within her community, Nonso Morah's artistic endeavors continue to ignite minds and hearts, adding an enchanting dimension to her journey of self-discovery and societal transformation.
